After not much deliberation or time spent (whatever), Jon and I think we're down to two baby names:
William and Jared
Just for fun, we thought we'd open the blog up to a vote to see which is the most popular with the fam. We don't yet have a favorite between the two, so now's the time to influence us. We might even be influenced, although Jon's pretty stubborn. I, however, am the soul of humility and malleability!
Note: If you can't say anything nice...
P.S. Feel free to post any suggestions you have for middle names as well. We haven't made it that far yet.

Oops...
I've been procrastinating blogging for almost a month for various reasons, not the least of which being I have Christmas pictures that I just can't seem to get posted. Either I forget or I remember when I'm at work or Jon has the laptop with the pictures on it or I just don't want to, darn it! I finally gave up on the Christmas festivity pictures. The holiday was amazing and fun, and I'll cherish those pictures and post them someday...maybe.
The long weekend at the Boizelle house was fantastic. Jon and I went out to dinner and then to a Stake Valentine's dance on Friday to celebrate Valentine's day. The sun actually came out on Saturday for the first time in several months. Probably about 5 months. No kidding. I dragged Jon on a walk with me, and he enjoyed it so much we walked for over 2 hours until I was exhausted. Moscow is extremely hilly. We got invited to a friend's house on Valentine's day (Does anyone else think that's weird?) and had amazing Chile Verde hickory smoked pork. Yum.
Monday was house cleaning, quilting, homework, relax day. All in all, a spectacular weekend!
Bishop called me into his office on Sunday, and told me he was tweaking, not changing, my callings. Previously I was the ward music director and a ward missionary. I arranged and led the music for sacrament meeting, and did missionary work. I am now officially the co-ward music director and a ward missionary. The title is pure semantics, however. Unofficially I am now the co-ward music director, meaning I choose the sacrament music and arrange for musical numbers, co-ward organist, ward choir pianist, co-choir director, and a ward missionary. Can you tell our ward is a little thin on musical talent? As ward missionaries, Jon and I teach every second Sunday. I was also teaching a primary lesson every week for a 7 year old who is getting baptized shortly. I made another ward missionary take that responsibility. Ah, I love that my 4 or 5 callings are encompassed under one nice little title: co-ward music director. It sounds so neatly packaged! lol
I told everyone in my 20 week post that I'd check in at 30 weeks to see if I was still enjoying pregnancy. I'll hit 30 weeks in 2 days, so now is as good a time as ever. Still wearing regular clothes although not for long. I'll only be able to wear my dress pants for two more weeks or so before I have to switch. It's a coin toss as to how I feel each day. Yesterday was the hardest day so far. Every muscle and joint in my body ached like crazy yesterday. I'm sure all you mothers can sympathize with days like that. And, of course, there's the ever increasing bulk of baby, who now probably weighs about 3 pounds. On a positive note, I had some hormonal issues in the second trimester that have now disappeared entirely. I'm much happier, and there's much less random crying happening in our house! Jon loves to interact with baby. He (baby) is big enough that when Jon pokes, he'll kick back. This delights Jon, and he'll "feel baby" for long periods of time or until I tell him to get lost. We took a birthing class last weekend and Jon got to hold a lifelike, weighted baby doll. He loved it so much, he wouldn't let me hold it for more than 10 minutes before he asked if he could have it back. He's also asking all our friends if he can hold their new babies, and he tells me all the time how excited he is to have a son. It's very cute. He'll be a great dad.
Whew. Breathe a sigh of relief. You made it through that post. I'll do my best not to procrastinate posting anymore so we don't have any more super posts like this one! lol
